When it comes to Russia, we in the west say “yes!” And here is an article that paints a rather shocking portrait of what can happen when a lack of accountability for truth permeates society.
Let’s assume for a second that this is an accurate portrait and something to avoid. But we know that governments do not tell the truth all the time. They keep secrets. And they lie. So where is the line between relatively healthy lying and systemic corruption?
